What to Expect

  1. First and foremost we’re looking for the right fit for you and us. We’re seeking career hires, folks who are willing to grow with us and in turn develop others.  In order to find such folks we embark on a rigorous interview process complete with multiple interactions by phone, video conference and in-person, several assessment tests and likely an assignment or two.

You have a stake in this process too.  Ask about the folks you’ll be working with and look them up on social media.  Ask the interviewer why he/she is loyal to A-C — your interviews will be with several folks across the organization, so take the time to get to know them too.
  3. Those who love challenges, are motivated by continuous learning and are seeking a career where he/she can make a difference in a growing firm do well in our process while those only seeking a job do not. So buckle up, we like to say our interview process is a marathon not a sprint.
