As an active and contributing member of the Project Team, the Preconstruction Project Manager (PPM) relentlessly plans electrical construction projects while identifying opportunities for efficiency through design, engineering, and prefabrication.

YOU:

  • understand the entire electrical construction process from design through project close-out for large commercial and industrial projects.
  • establish and utilize a systematic approach to detailing projects to achieve job site success.
  • creates basic designs and outlines installation techniques and strategies that support internal and external goals of the project.
  • collaborate with PM, Foremen, and Construction Services Team through lessons learned and best practices.
  • build positive and effective working relationships with internal and external project teams.
  • have an unwavering commitment to providing responsive customer service, and quality of service even after hours.
  • are passionate about the continuous improvement of processes and as such monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • have a minimum of 10 years of electrical construction experience.
